Riccardo Salvatore

Born in 1947, Riccardo is of Italian and Portuguese descent and grew up between Italy and Portugal. He studied in France and England and taught courses and seminars in several places around the world.

Riccardo Salvatore is a pioneer in the practice of Oriental Internal Arts and Therapies in Portugal.

Active and in continuous training for 40 years in the area of ancient Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine, he is also a Master Chi Kung, Chi Kung Healing, Kung Fu, and Taijiquan by the Shaolin Wahnam Institute, representing this school in the CPLP countries.

He uses a diversified holistic approach, which marks his entire clinical and therapeutic practice and, since 1986, also as a teacher.

Riccardo Salvatore shares his knowledge, dedication, and wisdom as a therapist in Traditional Chinese Medicine, as a master and teacher in the teaching and promotion of the Internal Arts of Shaolin Wahnam, and as a personal and professional consultant in Chinese Metaphysics such as BaZi, Qi Men, Feng Shui, Yi Jing.

Having learned and collaborated with the greatest experts of each of the areas he was interested in, he has deepened and evolved in all of them, transforming his broad practical experience over forty years into an approach that brings together the fusion of TCM practice, Cellular Micronutrition, Shaolin Wahnam Internal Arts and Chinese Metaphysics.

Skilled, sensitive, and attentive, he is a professional with a keen clinical sense who uses a personalized and appropriate approach to each situation.

It is important to emphasize the trust he inspires in his patients, and the fact that they don’t always understand “what he does and how he does it”, doesn’t prevent them from surrendering without hesitation into his hands, his knowledge, intuition and long therapeutic experience.
